Sometimes one song leads to another! That's what happened here. During the chorus creation process of another song, Ricardo grabbed a very interesting chord sequence with a 'dark' atmosphere. "Once again the inspiration knocked on our doors" and the entire instrumental part of The Other Place was recorded in a single night. Rebecca realized that she had yet another very special song in her hands and quickly defined the lyrics. She sang in one take each of the three vocal lines of this song. The result is impressive! The lyrics are a chapter apart and speak in an elegant and poetic way about what can happen after death.
